Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All products sold on this store are digital goods.
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once your order is placed and payment is completed, the digital product is automatically delivered to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within approximately 5–10 minutes.

No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

You changed your mind after purchasing

You did not read the product description

You “didn’t need it anymore”

Your child or someone else made the purchase without your permission

You did not receive the email due to spam filtering, incorrect email input, or email provider issues (contact us and we will re-send it)

You claim you didn’t receive the item but our system shows it was delivered

Once the product has been delivered to your email, the sale is considered complete.

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital product within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

Check your spam/junk folder

Verify the email address you entered at checkout

Reach out to us at.com so we can manually resend the product

Delivery issues do not qualify for refunds, but we are happy to assist in ensuring you receive your purchase.

Chargebacks

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in:

Your license or access being revoked

A permanent ban from future purchases

Submission of evidence to our payment processors

We take fraud and abuse seriously and will always provide proof of delivery.
